At Hatched and Patched, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
